Please help!!! I am a mother of 3 with no electricity. I applied for Liheap and they told me I needed to pay 75 dollars and they would help me. I begged and borrowed to come up with the money only to find out that they where out of funds the whole time. If i don't have it paid by May 3rd I even lose my section 8 which means me and my kids will be homeless. Please help...
